Developer Biography

Jonathan Burroughs is a video game designer and writer.

He has contributed to games as diverse as Kinect Sports, The House of the Dead: Overkill, Battalion Wars 2 and the Battlefield franchise.

Jonathan has worked for publishers such as Nintendo, Sega, Microsoft and Electronic Arts and contributed to the development of software for platforms including Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii.

He received a Guinness World Record for his writing contribution on The House of the Dead: Overkill.

Originally from a quality assurance background at Electronic Arts, Jonathan's first development role was building levels for Battlefield 2: Modern Combat for PlayStation 2 and Xbox and was further involved in updating the title for Xbox 360.
