Susan worked at Electronic Arts from February 2004 to November 2007.
She has worked on titles such as Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Need for Speed, Medal of Honor, TimeSplitters and Burnout as well as on-site testing at DICE Sweden for Battlefield 2.
Her largest body of franchise work was on Battlefield spanning from Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, Special Forces, Armored Fury, Euro Force, 2142 to Battlefield: Bad Company.
Susan was a permanent BBTL (Black Box Test Lead) based in Chertsey and her last project with EA was Battlefield Bad Company.
Her last project from the Dundee-based RealTime Worlds was APB: All Points Bulletin (Dundee, November 2007 to August 2010).
She is now working as the Studio Quality Assurance Manager/Release Manager/Producer at Avalanche Studios managing the QA teams in both the Stockholm and New York offices. The last released title she worked on here was Renegade Ops which scored a 10/10 from Giant Bomb and 81/100 from Metacritic. Currently, she is working on the announced Mad Max which is set for a 2015 release.
