Biography edit · view history
William Ballard is the flesh puppet of a pure energy being from an ancient civilization that predates all of human history. Despite the advanced nature of a pure energy being, his race still has one problem, boredom. The only way these beings have found to alleviate this boredom is to live vicariously through a living human host. This is where Billy comes in. Billy's sole purpose in life is to entertain his puppetmaster. He takes great interest in all things videogames. One thing all the energy beings agree on is that videogames are the most fun pastime in the universe. The meat puppet Billy has gained much data on comic art and animation from the Joe Kubert school of comic art and the Vancouver Film School, all for the sole purpose of making more videogames for his people.
