Ioan was a student at the University Politehnica of Bucharest, Automatic Control and Computers Faculty, Computer Science and Engineering Department.
Ioan has been interested in computer programming since elementary school and throughout highschool, when he became a member of the Romanian Informatics Olympic Team.
For three years while studying at the University, he was a member on a research project for implementing automatic control in a railway station for the Romanian Railways.
Ioan joined the Silent Hunter 3
team in July 2004 and was in charge of multiplayer, replay and sound for that game.
Hobbies: Music, science fiction books and movies, football (Steaua Bucharest fan)
Favorite game genres: Horror-themed FPSs (Clive Barker's Undying in particular), FPSs, turn-based strategies, football sims and managers.
