In 1993 Wesley attended a three year Graphic Design course at George Brown College. He then moved on to the International Academy of Design for a one year course in Computer Animation.
Once Wesley completed school he got a night job as a teachers assistant at the international Academy of Design. He also got a job at a company called Big Films Inc working on a simulator ride. Then he got his big break in Hawaii where he worked for a company called Square USA making a game called Final Fantasy 9. After that he worked in San Jose, CA for Namco Hometek making Dead to Rights and DTR 2. He then moved to Carlsbad, CA and worked at what was then Sammy Studios and made Dark Watch. He then decided that he wanted to move back to Canada and he got a job at Relic Entertainment.
