Tobias Heussner is a Game/Narrative Designer and started to create games while he was in High School. At the age of 14, he wrote his first game concept and with 16 he started to learn programming and 3D modeling with Lightwave. In that time he created a 3D animation for the DAI (The German Institute for Archaeology)
In 1998 he started his first company called "Tricium Factory". With his company he worked on several games and helped other developers to finish their projects.
In 2003 Tobias Heussner started to cooperate with Radon Labs GmbH in Berlin and worked as tester for the project "Geniu$: The Tech Tycoon Game".
In spring 2005 he was hired by Radon Labs as Level Designer and has worked on several projects since then.
2007 Radon Labs updated his position to those of an Assistant Producer.
In fall 2008 he finished his workings on the AAA-RPG "The Dark Eye - Drakensang" and Radon Labs updated his position to those of an Associate Producer for upcoming projects like "Drakensang - River of Time".
November 2009 he was promoted to Concept Designer (Game Design position within Business Development).
In late spring 2010 Radon Labs had to go into administration and Bigpoint hired some of the former staff before Radon Labs closed its doors. Tobias Heussner was hired by Bigpoint as Designer / Producer.
