Developer Biography

After graduating in Pure Mathematics from Warwick University and having spent 3 years researching for an M.Phil in Mathematics Education at Loughborough University, Paul co-founded Astral Software in 1987. Between then and 1992 Astral developed several original Atari ST and Amiga games including Archipelagos and Resolution 101. He then moved to freelance programming and spent most of the next 4 years doing freelance projects for Probe Software including Terminator 2 and Mortal Kombat. In 1998 he established Anthill studios and worked as Managing Director. Anthill developed Archipelagos 2000 and Rat Attack for PC before the company was absorbed into Climax in 2000 where Paul has continued as MD.
