Andrew Cove

Developer BIO

Andrew Cove is an entrepreneur in New York City, where he is an active member of the startup and tech community. While in New York City, he has held roles on both sides of the table, working with AngelList and IA Ventures. He attended Carnegie Mellon University, receiving a BS in Computer Science in 2005 and a masters degree in Computer Science in 2006. Before moving to New York, he lived in California, working on game engine technology.

Andrew's career in the game industry includes stints at Naughty Dog, Inc. and Sanzaru Games, and internships at Z-Axis, Ltd. While at Naughty Dog, he was a member of the ICE team, a Sony graphics R&D team, developing low-level graphics systems for the PlayStation 3, including PLAYSTATIONR Edge Geometry, a high-performance SPU-based geometry processing system leveraged by dozens of PS3 titles.
