Laurent Beauvallet ( aka beet ) is a french artist who read too many comics and played too many videogames as a child.

A Videogame Artist for companies such as Core Design, Kalisto & Psygnosis, he contributed Concept Art, Character Design and 3D models on various video-games.

Now a freelance artist, he also creates illustrations and Concept Art for Books, Role -Playing Games and Videogames ; He has worked on many Collectible Card Games ( CCG ) , most particularly to the second-longest running CCG in the world, Legend of the five rings, and has done Illustrations on such licenses as Star Wars, Everquest & Warhammer.

His illustrations have appeared in "Spectrum9, The Best in Contemporary Fantasy Art", in industry magazines such as "Dungeon Magazine", on cover of books and videogames, on the cover of "Heavy Metal" Magazine.

He is now producing images for a larger Entertainment Industry. In the Video-Game world, He has recently created pre-production Images for Darkworks, Just Add Monsters and UbiSoft...
