Developer Biography

Steve Goldstein has represented clients in the entertainment, technology and interactive industries for seven years. Prior to joining Flagship Studios in July, 2005, Steve was an associate at the law firm of Stubbs, Alderton & Markiles, LLP, where he represented independent videogame publishers and developers, film studios and technology companies, including Flagship, NovaLogic, Inc., 1C Company, High Moon Studios, Revolution Studios, Interplay Entertainment, and Skype Technologies, S.A. Steve was the primary attorney for Flagship in negotiating its publishing deals with Namco Hometek Inc. and HanbitSoft, Inc.

As Director of Business Development, Steve is responsible for managing Flagship’s business relationships and exploiting Flagship’s games in other markets, including comics, manga, toys, collectibles, films and television. Steve also acts as Flagship’s in-house counsel and manages all of Flaghship’s legal needs.
