Tomas Roller started his career in the game industry as a game designer. His first published games developed by IAV Cyberwox were kid's titles Worlds of Billy 2 (2002) and Brainstorm the Game Show (2002).
In 2003 Roller's role started to shift from design to business development and project management when he co-founded Outsider Development together with Martin Surovcek, Marcel Kralik and Tibor Toth. Specialized in quality art & animation outsourcing, the company contributed to a number of known brands including Ghost Rider, Motorstorm, Painkiller, ATV Offroad Fury, Harry Potter, Totally Spies, Vietcong and Call of Juarez.
In 2008 Tomas Roller joined 2K Czech as a Senior Development Manager and participated on Mafia II , Mafia II Joe's Adventures and Top Spin 4. In 2011 his career in development management continued with Crytek Budapest on Crysis for consoles.
