Prior to founding
Quicksilver Software, Inc. in 1984, Bill Fisher managed home computer software development for
Mattel Electronics. He selected and trained the programming team for the company's subsidiary, and assisted with its Hong Kong operations. Bill is an honors graduate from UCLA in Mathematics and Computer Science, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor fraternity.
