Rick created several "Hall of Fame" modules for Neverwinter Nights and worked with the Dragonlance Adventures MOD group before being hired by BioWare in 2005. Mass Effect is his first professional game, where he worked as a Technical Designer responsible for implementing one of the major plot worlds.
