Biography edit · view history

Steve Longhurst has been a computer programmer since graduating from the University of Southampton in 1996. Since 2001 he's been working in mobile phone game development, starting out with IOMO, which became part of InfoSpace. When InfoSpace decided to get out of the content market and wound up the IOMO studio, a few of its employees started out again and are now FinBlade.

Steve has been in the business since the days of WAP games, before J2ME and other technologies allowed the developers to program mobile devices directly. Over the years he's worked with numerous systems including IBM mainframes, pub quiz machines, lots of desktops and other hand held devices.

As of 2013 he is a tech director for UK mobile developer FinBlade.
