Jeff Hickman is Executive Producer at Mythic Entertainment, an Electronic Arts studio. Hickman has been working for Mythic since 2001, and began as a Director of Customer Support for the MMORPG Dark Age of Camelot. In 2005, he was promoted to Executive Producer, which led to his current job in the same function for Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (2008).

Hickman began his career building, managing and maintaining large volume call centers in the Customer Support sector. Jeff's talent for resolving customer service issues led him to work for organizations including UniCapital and the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Transit Authority.
