Developer Biography

James Stant is a composer, sound designer and multi-instrumentalist from Leicestershire, England. His first major audio credit was on Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts (2008), going on to provide audio contributions to the BAFTA-winning title Kinect Sports (2010). James joined Codemasters in 2011 as a Quality Assurance Technician, taking up the same role at Blitz Games Studios later that year. He joined Frontier Developments in May 2013 as an Audio Designer, where he currently works.

James graduated from Coventry University with a bachelor's degree (with First Class Honors) in Music Composition and Professional Practice in 2009. He graduated from the same institution a year later with a master's degree, also in Music Composition. He has also worked with numerous music artists around the world including the Grammy and Emmy-nominated band Bowling For Soup.
