Barry Caudill

Developer BIO

To say that Barry Caudill is a journeyman is an understatement. An accomplished musician (sax, wind synth, and flute), Barry's played for over twenty years, touring with the Glenn Miller Orchestra and performing with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, among numerous others.

Barry has worked in the gaming industry since 1998 and is a graduate of the University of Phoenix. He entered the game industry through product testing at the Microprose studio in Hunt Valley before joining Firaxis as Quality Assurance Manager in 2001.

In 2005, Barry was promoted to Senior Producer of Sid Meier's Civilization IV, where he combines his intuitive leadership skills and extensive industry knowledge with a great deal of patience − to inspire and motivate the development team.
