Richard joined the Infinity Ward team as Art Director in November 2004. After graduating with an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art, Richard taught design for 12 years at Pasadena Art Center. He was Art Director for three years at Santa Barbara Studios. While there, Richard did most of the concepting work for Star Trek: Insurrection as well as 98 matte paintings for the film. Other film credits include Spiderman, Contact, What Dreams May Come, Spy Kids, Ghost of Mars, Vertical Limit, and Starship Troopers. Most recently Richard was Art Director at EA Games for three years, directing and producing all art assets for such game titles as Command & Conquer: Generals, Zero Hour, and The Battle For Middle-Earth.
