Prior to joining Treyarch Chris Archer was an Executive Producer in the console games division at Activision. Since 1998 Chris worked with the company to develop such hit titles as the original Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and Spider-Man for the Nintendo 64 system, as well as Space Invaders. He's since managed the development for several X-Men licensed games and has recently produced the much-anticipated games and multi million unit selling True Crime: Streets of LA and Spider-Man The Movie 2. Prior to joining the Activision team, Archer served as a Producer at Realtime Associates, where he was involved in the production of Gex 2: Enter the Gecko as well as several original designs for Nintendo of America. At Playmates Interactive Entertainment, he contributed his talents to the critically acclaimed Powerslave and Alien Earth. Previous to PIE, Archer served as a producer at Virgin Interactive Entertainment working on several hit titles including The Daedalus Encounter, Creature Shock, The 11th Hour, and Tritryst.
