Developer Biography

Kyle Miller started out in the game industry as a contributor to Steve Jackson Games in 1982. While there, Kyle worked with Industry greats such as Warren Spector and Allen Varney (not to mention Steve Jackson himself) on such products as Car Wars, GURPS (the Generic Universal Role Playing System), Ogre, Illuminati and Toon. Kyle provided illustration, coordinated the efforts of free-lance contributors, and laid out many of the company's popular game products and magazines.

In the early 90's Kyle started working at Dynamix, as an Art Director, working on Betrayal at Krondor, Space Quest, Aces of the Pacific, Aces of the Deep, and Johnny Castaway. In 1994, Kyle moved into the designer's chair when he created the initial concept for what would become the popular 3D Ultra series for Dynamix, creating 5 published pinball games and contributing to several other titles that fell under the 3D Ultra umbrella, including Minigolf, Contraptions, Traintown, and Cool Pool.

When Dynamix closed its doors in 2001, Kyle has been making ends meet by providing concepts for new game designs to companies such as Sierra, Buzz Monkey, Garage Games and others. He also draws the syndicated cartoon strip, "Working Daze," for United Media (http://www.comics.com)
