In November 2000, PC Gamer featured an article entitled "The New Game Gods." Michael Chu was disappointed to find that he was not included in this list of illustrious industry members, but understood the oversight, as he had just entered the employ of Blizzard Entertainment in that same month.
Undaunted, Michael went on to work on Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, World of Warcraft. He then went to Obsidian Entertainment to work on Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords and Neverwinter Nights 2.
In the winter of 2005, he returned to Blizzard Entertainment where he is currently working on World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade.
