Andrew, with his brother Pete, formed Changeling Software to produce Mac games. They released the amazing, but buggy, Pax Imperia in the the early 1990s, which became a Mac best-seller. They followed this up with a new cross-platform version, Pax Imperia: Eminent Domain, changing their name to Heliotrope Studios along the way. The new version dragged on for years in development, and the game was finally released stripped of much of its functionality. Andrew and Pete were apparently canned during the process.

Andrew has since worked on In-Game Advertising, and is a speaker at various industry meetings on the topic. He also works as "chief idea guy" at Idea Furnace, but their largely non-functional web site doesn't give much of a clue as to what they do.
