Mr. Mix became a member of the Prolific team in April 1998, after five years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Director of Casino Data Systems, a NASDAQ listed gaming device company in Las Vegas, Nevada. From pre-IPO (and two subsequent secondary offerings) until his departure, Mr. Mix was a key executive in the start-up and growth of CDS with operational responsibility for various subsidiaries or special projects, helping to shape strategic thinking and tactical execution for CDS. At Prolific, Mr. Mix has used his extensive business experience, including twenty years in the gaming industry, to refine business practices, improve product development, streamline production processes and techniques, and improve cash flow management to better position Prolific for timely and cost-efficient completion and delivery of products.
