Matt McDaid is a British born Video game artist currently working for London based
With a career spanning over 12 years Matt has been responsible for creating digital art content for some of the most reputable clients in his field.
During his tenure at the British Independent game developer 'Free Radical Design,' He was called upon to produce both Concept and Environment art for the Lucas Arts 'Star Wars: Battlefront 3' franchise before later moving on to 'Splash Damage.' Who, in 2008 were voted 'Best Independent Studio,' by Develop.
Since arriving at Splash Damage, Matt contributed as a key, senior figure to the critically acclaimed, first-person shooter, 'BRINK.' This game went straight to number 1 in the video game charts in both the United Kingdom and the U.S. It has since sold over a million copies world wide.
Matt is currently working as a Senior Artist on an un-announced title for Splash Damage.
He currently resides in London with his Wife, Georgina and their young daughter, Cerys.
