Jeff Hill set up the publishing venture Detn8 Games Ltd. in March 2007 with Ellen Fuog.

Hill, who started in the video game business in 1984 as a tester for Mindscape, has operated his own company, Black Sheep, Inc., since 1994. Black Sheep is involved in software testing, consulting, and customer support. Before starting his own company, Mr. Hill served as product development director for Kaneko Entertainment and Jaleco USA.
