Developer Biography

Dave Locke graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1997 with a degree in Computer Animation. Like the fabled phoenix, he is also an alumnus of Dreamforge Entertainment, where he spent many a year working on such titles as War Wind II, Sanitarium, Werewolf the Apocalypse and a first person version of Myst IV.

His end of days at Dreamforge marked the next phase in a diversified career. Dave's technical skill and creative problem solving have served him well, allowing him access to many facets of game development. His first project was spent with high poly character modeling, then scenery design, and character and cinematic animation and rendering.

Low poly modeling became Dave's forte and he took on lead responsibilities as head character modeler on a 3D FPS version of Werewolf. Myst IV held entirely new responsibilities. Dave had the challenging job of doing all the special effects art for the game.

Much has changed for Dave, the start of a family, a new job (Big Huge Games), new friends, new city, a new beginning in a familiar direction.
