Isaac joined Tiburon Entertainment as part of the NCAA Football team. Soon after, he moved to the Madden team and assisted in the completion of the 2001 versions for Playstation, Nintendo 64 and PC/Windows.

Isaac went on to develop new core systems for the revolutionary Madden 2001 for Playstation 2. This included both low level work with the Playstation 2 API and the development of a scriptable interface system now used for many Electronic Arts releases.

Before entering the videogame industry, Isaac worked for CADSI, a developer of computer aided design and simulation software.
