Christopher Bailey is currently the CTO at Threewave. A whiz kid, he started programming when he was 8 years old and at the age 17 turned professional. Two years later in 1994, his strong work ethic and drive to succeed led him to co-found and become Director and VP of Product Development of H2O Entertainment, a game console developer. His achievements with H2O were instrumental in the co-founding of Secure Networks (acquired by Network Associates in 1999).
His extensive business experience and leadership skills are evident through his roles as Technical Director, Lead Programmer and Project Manager on multiple console games (on multiple platforms) and internal R&D projects, managing teams of up to 35 people. Christopher has been overseeing the successful development and shipment of multi-million dollar budget triple-A games, such as: Tetrisphere, The New Tetris, and Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage for the N64.
He has a solid technical background and a proven track record in leadership and shipping titles.
