Developer Biography

Edward Buffery started as a functionality and English localisation QA tester for games, educational, and marketing products on PC, consoles and mobiles for the outsourcing company Babel Media in early 2001, and has worked on titles for hundreds of clients over the years. He has been sent to work in-house at developers’ offices on numerous occasions, and held various admin, QA support and management level roles in Babel's facilities in the UK, India, and Canada, including 4 years as their Pre-Production Manager from 2010. Key clients included Warner Brothers, Capcom, SCEE, OUYA, THQ, Atari, Bethesda, Harmonix, Konami, and SEGA.

Leaving Babel shortly after the buyout by Keywords in 2014, Edd took a year off before returning to the UK in 2015 to work for Testronic as their Head of LQA.
