Developer Biography

Jason Dickson has been working in the video game industry for more than 10 years with an emphasis in Quality Assurance and building QA departments. Jason has been at SouthPeak since February 2009. Prior to that he worked in Quality Assurance for such companies as: Midway Home Entertainment, Sony Online, Acclaim, Crave Entertainment and Rockstar San Diego.

During his career Jason has shipped more than 50 titles from casual games to AAA titles, including but not limited to: Midnight Club 2, Midnight Club DUB Edition, Red Dead Revolver, Spy Hunter II, World Championship Poker, Williams Pinball, Dave Mirra for the Wii and Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis. Jason has been involved in all aspects of game development and publishing and has used the leadership training he learned as a Cadet Officer at Valley Forge Military Academy to successfully manage groups of up to 50 people. Jason’s expertise is in creating QA departments, establishing processes and procedures and ensuring the QA group acts as an asset to the company by changing the way people think about that aspect of game development.

Jason is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a major in communications.
