Matt Engle holds a degree in Communications and a minor in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University. For several years he worked as a production manager in the film and television industry. He also had a short stint as a development assistant at Republic Pictures.
Matt graduated at the serendipitous time that his two passions - film and computers - were merging into a newfangled buzzword known as "Multimedia." In 1990 he founded the game development studio
11th Dimension Entertainment with
Dan Berke. He focuses on game design, writing and the graphics portion of their products.
In early 1993 he dove into this brave new world by joining
Disney Interactive, where he produced the GameBoy version of hit movie
Toy Story. Currently he is a Senior Producer at
Knowledge Adventure, a developer of educational games, where he has produced countless titles.
