Frank Delise founded Trauma Studios in 2003 and they became famous for the DesertCombat mod for Battlefield 1942. After the company was acquired by Digital Illusions CE AB in 2004, they worked on Battlefield 2. The companies ended their cooperation in June 2005.
That year, Frank DeLise joined the THQ studio lineup as General Manager of Kaos Studios, comprised of all the team members of the former Trauma Studios. In his role as GM of Kaos Studios, DeLise oversees the company’s internal production staff, as well as acting lead designer of Kaos's internal development on PC and next generation consoles.
As a designer and then product manager of 3D Studios Max for more than 6 years, DeLise was able to contribute to various game titles, workflow and even films such as Lost in Space and X-Men.
