Original co-founder of the company, Olya is a true leader and has an unparalleled ability to create a unified team vision and to motivate people to produce outstanding results.

As President and CEO of Nikitova LLC, Olya Nikitova is responsible for the management of Nikitova LLC with offices in Los Angeles and Chicago along with branch Eastern European production studios operations. This includes overseeing strategy, research and development for all Nikitova LLC products such as Game Development for PC, Console and Mobile platforms, Product development such as MoboWise, Film Animation and other.

In addition to operational and strategic activities, Olya also co-manages the financial, marketing, human resources and legal business side of Nikitova LLC,and has accomplished the idea of creation of Game Development School based on one of Nikitova’s studio which has transformed to the Nikitova Academy of 3D art, currently giving education to many talented specialists.

Olya earned her first Master degree in Foreign Languages and Communications in Ukraine in 1991, at which point she realized that she was really cut out for business. Without hesitation, Olya moved to the US, worked for several computer-related businesses and soon graduated with a Master of Accounting and Finance degree from Fordham University in New York.

During her last 12 years in the US she has worked in top executive positions, led a financial division of an International Fortune 1000 company and worked as the CFO of a financial services dot-com start-up.

Ready to fly on her own, she created Nikitova LLC with a team of committed partners.
