Keith McCurdy's career has spanned more than 20 years in the digital media industry where he has held numerous executive positions at industry leader Electronic Arts and at innovative private companies backed by leading venture capital firms. His career has consistently been on the leading edge of innovation in products, technology, business models, and distribution. Mr. McCurdy has created new businesses in the interactive, online, and mobile industries at both large public companies and as the CEO of private early stage companies. He is also involved with several venture capital backed private companies as a director and or advisor.

Most recently Mr. McCurdy was Chief Operating Office at Hands-On Mobile, a mobile entertainment company with over 800 employees world wide delivering a wide range of mobile products including games, lifestyle applications, IM clients, personalization content, and SMS products. Hands-On is a global company with business operations in the US, China, Europe, Korea, and additional distribution offices in Latin America and Asia.

Prior to this, Mr. McCurdy was President and CEO of Blaze Entertainment (previously Kayak Interactive). Mr. McCurdy joined Blaze in late 2004 and restarted the company transforming it into a global mobile games publisher. In 2005 Blaze acquired two mobile content companies, one in Europe and one the US, signed several key licensing agreements with industry leading content partners Sony Pictures, MTV Networks, and Slingo, and established the company as a premier partner for world class IP holders. By 2006, only 18 months after the re-start, the company had built a world wide distribution network with content on over 100 mobile operators world wide such as Verizon, Sprint, Cingular, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange, Telefonica, China Mobile, and many more, reaching over 500 million end users. The company's investors included top tier venture capitalist. Blaze was acquired by Oberon Media.

During the Internet boom Mr. McCurdy was the CEO of Experts Exchange, the largest IT Knowledge Collaboration site on the Web, with over 600k registered members and an innovative and proprietary points rewards system that drove community knowledge sharing. Experts Exchange's lead investor was JP Morgan, and customers included Ford Motor Co., AltaVista, Oracle, IDG, and General Electric.

Previously, Mr. McCurdy was a 10-year veteran of Electronic Arts (EA), the world's leading interactive software company. Mr. McCurdy joined EA pre IPO when the company had just over 100 employees and his tenure encompassed the company's growth to over 3,500 employees and over $1.5 billion in annual revenues. During his career, Mr. McCurdy held a number of positions at EA, including Vice President of Product Development, Vice President of Technology, Vice President of Online, and Director of the Advanced Technology Group. Mr. McCurdy founded EA's Online Division, leading the company's strategy and technology effort onto the Internet and leading the creation of the first successful online business for the company and the industry as a whole. As Vice President of Technology for World Wide Studios, Mr. McCurdy was a member of the Office of the President which had a $1 billion P&L responsibility and he played a key role in the company's M&A efforts, strategic relationships, and platform transition strategies.

Mr. McCurdy was also a Engineering Manager and software engineer at Macromedia, the leading multimedia tools company. At Macromedia, Mr. McCurdy led a team of engineers creating the first object oriented animation engine which led to a series of cross platform consumer products.

Mr. McCurdy is a board director of MediaMachines, a web based virtual world company, and he was recently a board director of GameDaily before it was sold to AOL. Mr. McCurdy is also an advisory board member of Aura Renewable Energy and MyGroceryDeals.com
