Craig Derrick is a ten-year veteran of the video game industry having produced, collaborated, and provided creative direction on many successful licensed and original IP video games.
Craig Derrick is currently a Producer for
LucasArts. He began his career working at
Parallax Software /
Outrage Entertainment and served as the Producer on
Descent: Maximum,
Descent II: The Infinite Abyss, and the highly acclaimed
Descent 3. At Vicarious Visions he was responsible for the production of
Finding Nemo,
Jet Grind Radio,
Tony Hawk’s Underground,
Shrek 2,
Batman Begins, and
Tony Hawk's American Sk8land.
Beyond his work producing, Craig is an active contributor in the development community and is a member of the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS), an advisory board member of the Game Design and Development Curriculum at Full Sail Real World Education, an alumni of the Game Developers Conference, has written for Game Developer Magazine, is a judge for the Independent Games Festival, and is an active member of the International Game Developer’s Association (IGDA) where he sits on the advisory board for the Albany, NY chapter and on the Credits Standards Committee.
