Marco Sederquist

Marco Sederquist currently works and lives in the Bay Area with his wife Christine and two children, Matt and Catherine. He has been with Electronic Arts for over 7 years.

Associate Product Manager (December 2007 to Present)
He currently works in Customer Support as an Associate Product Manager. His current role is to interface with development teams to surface Customer Service issues pre-launch as well as make sure that any tools required to support a title are ready at launch.

He also continues to handle escalations from EA Legal regarding Customer Support as well as documentation and policy creation for the Department.

Marco Sederquist is currently tasked with supporting the entire EA Sports Label with their pre-production support needs.

Prior to this he worked specifically with the following studios:* Criterion * DICE * EA Phenomic * Electronic Arts UK * The Sims

Global Support Supervisor at Electronic Arts Inc (November 2005 to December 2007)

He supervises the EA Games side of the local tier 3 tech and in-game support staff for EA. He also helped support their world wide support centers with escalations and high end concerns.

He was also tasked with making sure that the EA Terms of Service as well as Codes of Conduct for our games are up to date and in line with current online standards.

August 2001 to November 2005

From Aug 2001 to November 2005 he worked on several EA MMO's as a Game Master, Senior Game Master and Assistant Lead GM.* Earth & Beyond * Motor City Online * The Sims: Online (from TSO to EA Land) * Ultima Online (from 3rd Dawn to KR)

He has gone under the various work names: GM Spada and Tengu (UO Board Moderator)

Before August 2001 he worked as a UO Board Moderator, DJ, Roadie, EB Games store rep, and Food Service Guru.
