Rick Gush is a North American video game designer best known for his work on The Legend of Kyrandia and Lands of Lore games.

After graduating from college where he specialized in horticulture, Rick worked as a playwright, arranging musical comedies for small theaters. He was hired as a dialogue writer by Westwood after responding to their Las Vegas newspaper ad. Later he left Westwood, moved to Italy, and worked on a few games for Trecision. For many years he collaborated with the Playstos team in Milan and he later worked briefly with Xplored in Rapallo, with whom he developed the free-to-play Absotruckinlutely!
