10 Reasons to buy a Nintendo Revolution

Now if you’re like me, you’re probably thinking “D---! That’s a lot of money. In fact, if you’re like me, you probably don’t even have this type of money. And, unless daddy is a corporate executive with a six figure income, I doubt he’ll be shelling out $1,500 for all 3 systems.

So now comes the big decision. The part where you have to decide. It is time to make a commitment. You need to choose a game console.

That’s right, if you are in the same financial situation as I am, we need to make a decision on a console. Not everyone has the money for all 3 next-generation systems. Gone are the days when we could have our cake and eat it too. It seems in the high-stakes gaming industry of 2006 money is going to be limited. With systems costing up to $400 and games up to $60 (possibly $70 on the PS3) a pop, things are gong to be different.

Now I write this from a gamer’s perspective. I am in no way a Nintendo fanboy. I respect them for what they’ve done for the gaming industry. But I give every other game a chance as well. In fact, if you were to take a look in my gaming drawer, I have more PS2 games than Gamecube games. But after much research I have finally uncovered why it may be best to own a Revolution rather than a 360 or a PS3. Why you ask? Well that’s what I’m about to tell.

Notice a few things different from my reasons than other “Top 10 Lists”. First of all, mine includes a few reasons not mentioned by other lists on the web which you will see. As well, in other lists they mention only features of the next-gen consoles. I not only mention, but compare and contrast these different features to the other next-gen systems coming out. I’m not just going to make a list of the Revolution’s features, I’m going to analyze the facts and go into the deeper meaning behind all of the facts and know-how. I’ve looked at the knowledge that we have of the next-gen systems and I’ve looked at past evidence and current evidence to come to the conclusions that I have come to in this document.
