Increase forum subject character limit

At the moment, topic subjects cannot be longer than 50 characters. This sometimes gets quite annoying (especially since the subject input box has no such limit, so sometimes you spend more time trimming the subject than writing the message). Even an increase of 15-25 characters or so would be nice.

Increased to 80 characters in the next update.
