Why is the tech info, while contributing game entries, is just optional? Basic information like business model or media type are not difficult to determine and should not overcharge the scraper power users.
Maybe mobygames receives entries with a higher quality afterwards...

Will lead to partial entries though. Full requirements may be hard to pin down, with different values being listed in different places, so you'll have just what you say, just business model and media type or so, and then the game won't show up as missing tech info despite not really having it, and in case someone will accidentally stumble into the lack and want to fix it it'll be a change instead of a straightforward submission.

And even things like the business model are not always trivial to determine. There are enough instances of commercial games that were hacked to say "public domain" or similar, instead of the original copyright notice... which leads to plain wrong entries like this one here.
