so I think this is a hard one. I've search for ten years now (not all the time) and it's not on moby games.

it's a tapper clone. I've played it on a pc loader computer. I don't know if you've had to load a seperate boot disc first or only the game disc with a boot system(?)

graphics CGA or EGA, don't know.

I've played it around 1986-1988

The game play was similar to the well known tapper. instead of many tables it was only one table and only one level, the mugs simply go faster and faster, the music was the same. the view was also different, but I can't really remember anymore (was a six year old kid)

It was pretty cool, I liked it more than tapper today. And it looked really good, so I think it was a commercial production.

Ok the one who managed to tell me the title get a free beer. :)
