MobyRanking approval ordering

On the approval home page, the order of the MobyRankings rows "With approved sources" and "With non-approved sources" seems to be random, with the two swapping places when I refresh the page.

Yeah that's annoying, I often end up in a queue where I can't do anything :)

The same is true for the "revisions" sub-categories in the all games queue.

It's even worse for error corrections that have like 20 categories which all appear in random order every time :)

There's enough entries there not to get bored for the next decade :P
