I was tryign to add the PEGI rating to Barbie as Rapunzel: A Creative Adventure and it doesn't seem to be an option.

yeah it's not a bug.. it's a date issue... PEGI came around in 2003, so when barbie first came out it didn't have a PEGI rating... if you submit a new re-release date you should be able to add it

According to http://www.pegi.info, it does have a pegi rating. Were soem already-released games submitted?

the problem is that a rating agency can elect to rate games already released but really only do it if the game is re-released at a later date... you would see cover art to prove this
the date ranges are locked in.. I am not back dating when PEGI came about just so we can allow older games to be rated which is not the norm to do
