On May 7, 2009, chirinea posted Will someone tell joyvalley to stop? when the German contributor reached 30,000 points. But apparently no one actually told him to stop. So something happened that is simply unbelievable:

It's now just 45 days later, and joyvalley reached yet another milestone!

We congratulate joyvalley for expanding our database while reaching 40,000 points!

With this speed, no one is safe. Not even Sciere. :P

Three years in a row I was the top contributor, but I've completely given up for 2009. Reaching 20,000 in six months is completely insane. Well done, my German fellow =)

Thanks to all :) it's still lot of fun to contribute for Moby, when i look in my queue i can see that each of the last months approvers did about 2.000 up to 2.500 approvals of my contributions each month - that's insane! ... don't forget, i'm "only" an contributor, several approvers contribute tenthousands of points a year - AND approve at least the same amount, that's fantastic! :)

Hope grows that it could be possible, but lot of things can happen, to be the first one in Moby-history to make 30.000 contribution points within one year, as long as others push me so hard: Lepricahns, Macs, Sciere, BigJohn, Sicarius, and many others, not to forget Charly 2.0 - the top of the top at TheLegacy.de - from who i expect that in the 2nd half of the year he will crush through the leader board like a knife through hot butter! ...

It looks like i need to raise the amounts of contribution in the 2nd half of 2009, hope i can do so, now that i had the last paperboy accomodation after more than 2 months in a row without a free day - ähm night - i hope the following months it will be possible to sleep nonstop through the nights and find more time for Moby.

Thx again to all of you, and hey! - no need to give up, the small gap i have at the moment on the 2009 leader board can absolutely be closed from several moby-bees out there.
