Wow, over 7000 points only with Game Rankings. nyccrg earned more points on Game Rankings than all other Moby users combined!

I have to hand it to nyccrg, I have approved lots of his MobyRanks. He has added tons and tons of MobyRanks to our system.

All of them deserve a good round of applause. I've been here for way longer and I have yet to achieve 1000 points.

I've approved lots of Garcia and Terry Anderson's work in particular, and it's of a great standard. Thanks to all the big contributors this year.

So the guy has played over 14,000 games? I've played video games daily on every platform I can think of for the past 26 years and I doubt I could say I played that many.

Man! how long did it take to find all that ranking info?! how do you find the time?!?!

that's not really hard. Just go to IGN, GameSpy or whatsoever and go through their review database. Contributing print magazines is harder because you've to copy parts of the text by hand.

    /me bows down.

I thank all the approvers - espacially Sciere who I still bug with "easy" questions from time to time and who approved the most of my stuff. It was love on first sight ;).

nyccrq's run was crazy. When I saw that there was something coming at me (and over me) I checked his progress now and then it seemed like he had a booster or something. Great work from his side!

But I have yet to touch my archive of magazines and if he could do it, I certainly hope I can do it, too.

For now it's just the battle of Cover Arts between me and Terry :D and the 2007 overall goal: reaching 10.000 points and world domin...damn I should stop writing my goals.

    Awww ;)

Your contributions have been excellent, great cover sets and lots of new games, sometimes even on the release day.

Big 2006 congrats to all of you!! When I designed MobyGames back in the old millennium, I never dreamed I'd see contribution ratings over 40,000, let alone over 10,000... It really warms my heart.
