Out of the blue I received this email from Microsoft Xbox Support.

As previously posted we have had various support issues with Microsoft in the past. The funny thing is I do not currently have ANY open issues right now. A really REALLY delayed email or is support on the fritz again?
"Hey, who put that image of <insert name a really pretty woman here> over that list of pending issues? Did anyone know these were sitting here? We better generate an standardized response to all of them and get them out of here before the boss notices."

Still haven't received my replacement unit that i sent in september. I'm calling MS tomorrow for my weekly 360 call. I'll keep everyone updated.
These guys are so useless, it's amazing. They absolutely refuse to help me. Today I again told that I should wait and be patient and that I should stop calling back because there is nothing they can do.
Wow, so pathetic. MS needs to get their act together.
Anyone hear of any lawsuits filed against MS for their latest xbox screw-ups?
