We had a brief one hour outage last night. Thank you XO. Having no idea of what was going on we called Customer Care an ironic name if there ever was one. Needless to say I never actually spoke to a person. I was on hold for 30 to 40 minutes and then the network came back. I was tempted to leave the phone off the hook and run up their toll-free bill. I suspect there wasn't a single person in their support center.
I've noticed that and went to sleep, since I couldn't access the site anymore. I was hoping that happened due to a new release...
