Adding companies to existing release info

How do I add additional companies to an existing release date? I'm not sure if I'm supposed to add the existing details again or if that would just create a duplicate.

Submit a correction if you are only adding one company. If you are adding two or more companies, submit another release info and ask for it to replace the incomplete one on file.
