Aware the games are downloadable so no packaging. Can the Title image be copied and pasted and added here as a cover or is there copyright issues? Cheers

Yes, electronic covers are accepted. For scraped games, which make up the large majority of entries since the option was added, they're automatically added even. And for more and more games they can be the only ones available. Just submit header.jpg as it is, should normally be 460x215, and add the link as source.
