Yup, that's her. Not sure if she's got the chops for voice acting though.
I really wish they'd throw in a Max Payne cameo. Not the real Max Payne, just his voice actor portraying a drunk who looks similar to his Max Payne 1 rendition, stumbling around and mumbling narratives to himself. Of course, they'd probably have to throw in a joke about being constipated, since Max did have that look in the first.
